We’re looking for someone to help streamline and organize the coordination and timely completion of all marketing efforts as we seek to acquire new followers, engage and retain them, and convert them into leads, customers, and active fans and promoters of our brand.

 

You should be one of the most detail-oriented, deadline driven people you know, and unafraid to hold teammates to those standards. A curious spirit and genuine interest in Marketing should be part of what fuels you (basically, you should be seeking to learn all the time!). Bonus skills and experience include a BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications, and client management skills. We’re looking for someone to partner with Kerusso’s Director of Marketing in the overall planning and execution of all marketing functions. You will develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

 

You should be a great business leader and a great marketing leader. You will operate at the center of the marketing department, and your ability to lead a team should be undeniable. You should have a firm grasp of traditional and modern marketing methods and best practices, and be well versed in what works well and what doesn’t. A curious spirit and genuine interest in Marketing should be part of what fuels you (basically, you should be seeking to learn all the time!).

 

You should be well-rounded, unafraid to work with data, and able to express yourself extremely well in written and verbal communication. You will need to be creative, and have the ability to manage your priorities with a significant degree of autonomy.

 

You should have a BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Communications and 5 years experience in a professional marketing department.  Exceptional knowledge of marketing and sales, plus strong project management and leadership skills are essential.
