Web Customer Service/Order Entry
GOAL
Web customer service and order entry processing for all orders from websites.
CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt
REPORTS TO: Manager of Customer Service
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process web orders, download eBay, scan emails for order changes, release orders from admin hold, print by Amazon, eBay, DS, Ministry, and Shop. Stamp same day orders/scan orders to shipping
- Process web orders by phone or email
- Handle web customer service issues
- Process multiple email accounts for all the websites customer service sites
- Data Entry- keying and printing orders, release orders on admin hold

- Fast typing skills
- Experience with MS Office
REQUIRED EDUCATION
- High school diploma or GED
