Web Customer Service/Order Entry

GOAL

Web customer service and order entry processing for all orders from websites.

CLASSIFICATION:  Non-Exempt                                           

REPORTS TO:     Manager of Customer Service                  

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process web orders, download eBay, scan emails for order changes, release orders from admin hold, print by Amazon, eBay, DS, Ministry, and Shop. Stamp same day orders/scan orders to shipping
  • Process web orders by phone or email
  • Handle web customer service issues
  • Process multiple email accounts for all the websites customer service sites
  • Data Entry- keying and printing orders, release orders on admin hold

REQUIRED EDUCATION

  • High school diploma or GED
