Your satisfaction is our top priority – if you have any problems, questions, or wish to exchange/return an item, please let us know by calling our Web Customer Service at 800-424-0943 or by emailing webcustomerservice@kerusso.com. Please include your Sales Order number, PO Number, or Pack Slip number.
Placing and Receiving Orders
Unless noted otherwise at the time you place your order, Kerusso ships all items within two business days of receiving an order. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order. You may place an order through the easy checkout at kerusso.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We do not accept mail-order requests.
Prices
All prices and purchase requirements are shown in U.S. dollars. Kerusso accepts all order payments in U.S. dollars.
Missing or Damaged Merchandise
We apologize for any problems that may have occurred with your order. Please call (800) 424-0943 or (870) 423-6242, Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Standard Time, to speak with a customer service representative. We will assist you as quickly as possible.
Payment Options - Accepted Forms of Payment
When placing an order at kerusso.com you may use the following payment methods: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, debit cards with the MasterCard or Visa logo, and PayPal We cannot accept checks, cash, or money orders as payment. We accept credit cards only from countries to which we ship.
Coupons and Discount Codes
Every coupon valid on kerusso.com has a discount code. Enter this code at the checkout page when you are checking out on kerusso.com to receive your discount. Only one coupon or discount of any type may be used at a time. Please check your coupon for details. Kerusso coupons are not redeemable for cash, nor are they valid toward any previously purchased merchandise or the purchase of Kerusso e-Gift Certificates.
Shipping and Handling
Unless noted otherwise in the ordering process Kerusso ships all items within two days of receiving an order. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.
International Shoppers
Outside of the 50 continental United States shipments are shipped via USPS. Please note that we do not allow personalization for international orders.
Changing Your Password
You may change your password easily by signing into your Kerusso account and editing your account information. You will need to enter your new password twice, once to create it and once to confirm it. If you have forgotten your password and requested that we send you a new one through the Forgot Your Password? page, you should go to the Change Password page immediately to create a new password. It is important that your password be easy for you to remember and difficult for others to figure out. You should change your password every time you ask us to send you a new password.
Speeding Up Checkout
Speedier checkout saves time and makes the order process more convenient for registered users. If you are signed on and you have entered a default billing and shipping address, kerusso.com will automatically retrieve your billing and shipping information and take you directly to the Shipping Methods page when you're making a purchase. Even after you’ve activated the speedier checkout, you may still change your shipping method and the type of credit card you’re using.
