A rapidly growing percentage of those sales originate in stores you pass by every day, like convenience stores, pharmacies, and grocery stores. About the Position
Our Independent Sales Representatives are responsible for performing monthly B2B sales and merchandising activities at assigned retail store locations within a designated territory. Successful representatives will develop and maintain professional relationships with retail customers and deliver unparalleled customer service as measured by recurring customer orders, customer retention, and positive customer feedback.This position allows you to work from home or your home office! Customer accounts will be assigned to you within a travel area that you determine. Work hours and schedule will vary according to the number of assigned customers and the individual store needs. You must be willing and have means to travel to assigned locations; provide your own office equipment and supply essentials; and have your own internet and email access.Passion for our product line and mission is desirable. Sales and/or merchandising experience is preferred, with a proven record of success, preferably in a related industry. Computer skills and experience are required. Applicants must have excellent communications skills and strong organizational skills with a focus on detail. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.Applicants are required to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Kerusso before becoming an authorized Independent Sales Representative. Representatives earn commission on sales orders and reorders. Kerusso will provide the necessary training, sales materials, and merchandising materials for initial set-ups, routine visits, product refreshes, and any new program offerings.
