Seeking a candidate with strong sales drive and experience. Customer Service experience preferred. Must be comfortable on the phone for extended periods of time. Outgoing personality who cares about the customer is a must.

TITLES: Inside Sales

REPORTS TO: Director Sales

PURPOSE of POSITION: Sales Department seeking a sales oriented individual to contact and establish relations with customer base. Must be willing to make cold calls as needed. Perform computer documentation of sales results. Buy in to company mission is critical: Proclaiming the Good News to the world, through products about Jesus! Develop and maintain positive relationships with other sales staff. .

Education/Training: High school diploma; two to five years of sales experience, must be comfortable on the phone for extended periods of time. Outgoing personality who cares about the customer and able to perform detail computer tasks to document sales efforts and results.

Experience/Skills/Background/Knowledge: Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment and have a strong understanding of Kerusso products and sales goals. Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and be willing to handle all aspects of general office duties as well as participating in various sales activities. Must have excellent telephone skills. Effectively communicate with internal staff and outside customers. Able to interact within a team environment.

Special Requirements: Attendance must be excellent!

NORMAL WORKING HOURS and DAYS: Mon – Fri; 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; 1 hr meal break; overtime as required. Work schedule may change from time to time to meet customer demands.

Eligibility to Post: 1) Completed 180 days in current position, 2) Satisfactory Attendance Record, and 3) Satisfactory Performance Rating.
